CTA is looking for a home for My Honey Laurie.

Caribbean Thoroughbred Aftercare Inc.
We’ve been asked to retire this 10y mare with 105 starts (76 races NY & PA and 29 races in PR). She’s earned $267,000. We’re told her breeder and first owner (he raced her for over 3 yrs) aren’t in the TB biz anymore. Ideas for aftercare? No more racing for her. Sanctuary or maybe light flat riding only if vet gives clearance... After all she’s done for Racing, now Racing needs to do something for her (ie, a good retirement).

Today at Santa Anita, 10-year old ROYAL FJ 101 starts and $567,000 in the bank, looks plenty dependable in his second race back off a two month freshening for Carava/Pedroza dropping in against a suspect group at the bottom level in the 8th race. 4/1 on the morning line!

Good luck to all who dare.
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.
