After the 4th race on Sunday?
Was it the jockeys who said the surface wasn't safe?
Was it management stating the weather was too bad?
Who made the call?

The reason I ask is because this quote is out floating around and my normally reliable source on such matters is mum, thanks.

Martin Panza, NYRA’s vice-president and senior director of racing operations......
“I’m not sure how we’re going to race this winter,” Panza said. “These conditions today are nothing compared to what our jockeys go through January, February and March.”
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

I doesn't take a lot of reading comprehension to answer the "question" posed by the OP in this thread. Yeah, he doesn't troll. :D

Thanks, I had not seen the article, just the quote on twitter.
It's good to know we can count on the smartest guy in the room to come thru.

I was going to suggest to stark that he pull the PP’s for Friday—Opening Day of the Fall Meeting of Champions at the place Frank and Millie built, while having the Hallmark Channel on in the background but you beat me to it.

Thanks, much appreciated.
It's just that every once in a while his inner Aaron Hess jumps out trying to prove he's the smartest guy in the room, unnecessary, as we already know that.

Good Ol’ Claimboxx is working on his issues, so I hear. You musta’ had a heckuva time when he was Wiseguyrog’s sidekick. Kinda like vein’ between a rick and a hard place.
