What happened to him? He hasn't raced since his win the the Breeders Cup last year.
Edit to add:
I see he hold entries to a number of races coming up. I just don't know if that means much.

It has to be better than Coolmore's other big War Front colt Air Force Blue. What a disaster his 3yo season has been.Calypso wrote:I was also wondering where he'd been. Where and whenever, I hope his return to racing is a successful one.
Yeah I've been wondering what happened to him. I mean I understand that sometimes a horse is super precocious at 2 and then other colts catch up and pass him. But it seems, in his case, that EVERYONE caught up and passed him. Pretty much the same thing happened to War Command a few years back, he was very good at two and then not good at 3.ThreeMustangs wrote:It has to be better than Coolmore's other big War Front colt Air Force Blue. Is War Command the War Front who got sold off to Hong Kong and renamed Helene Super Star? (From what I can see watching racing from Sha Tin, Hong Kong owners don't seem fond of militaristic names, preferring ones with Happy, Joy, Luck, Gold and other 'auspicious' words.

No, that was Lines of Battle. I'm fairly certain War Command is standing at Coolmore in Ireland.BaroqueAgain1 wrote:Is War Command the War Front who got sold off to Hong Kong and renamed Helene Super Star? And with Hit It A Bomb's full sister winning at Royal Ascot this year, they're probably keeping their fingers crossed that he comes back just as good as last year!

Of course. I knew that, but apparently I didn't have enough coffee this morning for all the brain cells to wake up.
