A lot of nicely made stallions on this page but my favorites are Chemical Charge, Savoir Vivre and Arrigo (in that order).

I wonder if his groom has been keeping his mane braided to keep it clean. Then, when you undo the braids, the mane look wavy like that.

Biz is in Italy, so I'm not sure how they do things, but that seems very likely.

Or maybe his hair kinks when it gets wet and they took this shortly after a bath.

Looks pretty solid. Neck and head look a little weird, or out of place though.

Might just be the "gray horse in a picture" syndrome.
