Vitalogy is a vet scratch.

Any comments from Walsh?

Quite a bit of War Front sire influence in this race this year. Fort Myers is by War Front himself. Peace Achieved, Decorated Invader, and War Beast are all by Declaration of War. Andesite is by The Factor. Both of those stallions are now in Japan, so... whoops.

Isn't The Factor back this year? I thought it was a 1 year lease.

Whoops, I stand corrected. The Factor is at Lane End for $15,000.

Palace Malice G1 winner first crop! I had another winner!

Dang, why didn't I post my picks preemptively?

EDIT: Here's what I wrote in my Word document last night.

Yes. Walsh much like Chad brown said the horse is perfectly sound and has been sound since he arrived in the barn. Walsh believes the vets had ulterior motives much like brown claims...as an aside im super happy to see palace malice get a breeders cup winner in his first crop and wonder if he gets a fee boost

Declaration of War sired the G1 Victoria Derby winner.
