I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

Maxfield out of BC juve per tvg just now - no other details yet - what a shame....
Yeah this field is much smaller than what we've seen the past few years.
I don't remember what year but I was rewatching BC races a week or so back and one edition of the juvenile only had like 6, so it's happened before.

I've a feeling about Wrecking Crew. I could be wrong but I'm gonna go ahead and voice it.

Stark, did the source from which you copied the field actually have Aidan O'Brien listed as the trainer of Dennis’ Moment?

It also says he's the trainer of Full Flat.BaroqueAgain1 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 6:54 pmStark, did the source from which you copied the field actually have Aiden O'Brien listed as the trainer of Dennis’ Moment?![]()

Yep, I blame John Cherwa. A couple of odds were typos as well.BaroqueAgain1 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 6:54 pmStark, did the source from which you copied the field actually have Aidan O'Brien listed as the trainer of Dennis’ Moment?![]()

Pretty cute watching Brittney Eurton try to keep it together as she interviewed her dad. Nice to see nice connections get a win like this.
My boy Wrecking Crew ran really well! Was hoping for a win but my feeling wasn't too off.

Awful stumble for Dennis' Moment, hope he comes out of it ok. Eight Rings just ran completely flat, that underwhelming workout he had before this race proved to be a sign that he wasn't going to run well, no excuses today.
Storm the Court battled impressively, fending them off one by one!

Storm the Court has a family member on the dam side I've never heard of before...Settlement Day.
Out of a half-sister to Bold Lad and Successor was GSP and a sire in Chile, Australia, and Kentucky.

Here is a clip of Brittney Eurton interviewing her father just after the big win.BaroqueAgain1 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 7:15 pmPretty cute watching Brittney Eurton try to keep it together as she interviewed her dad. Nice to see nice connections get a win like this.

Totally agree about the poor last work. Strange how Bob seemed to be in denial about it-repeatedly saying what a great work it was and how well the horse was doing. Someone on broadcast even said they had gotten a text from Bob saying the horse was going to run really well. I wonder what his post-race comments were? Happy for Peter Eurton and Brittany - seems like a genuinely nice guy and the interview was very heartwarming.carole wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 7:24 pmAwful stumble for Dennis' Moment, hope he comes out of it ok. Forget about Baffert for just a second......I'm trying to find a trainer quote where he wasn't happy with the way his horse was coming into the race.Squeaky wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 9:07 pmTotally agree about the poor last work.
