Does West have a son we can marry off to Feinstein? Then we can send them all off to Elba, and cut the phone lines.

Feinstein does a fantastic job. For one thing, she is not beholden to lies and fear.

It would be priceless to come back in a century and see how this era in American history is viewed. Let's just say the summaries won't be kind.

On that, I agree with you. As long as we're off topic, a new baby Orca has been spotted with J-Pod. Long live the resident whales.

Feinstein would still make a lot of squirrels happy after a windstorm in October.

If the West's are lucky enough to have another 3YO next year that can compete in the Derby, do you think they'll participate?

Since I don't have a copy of the Ky law books lying around gathering dust...
The stewards don't seem to have a higher authority than themselves in the state of Kentucky. If this collection of rhetoric doesn't get laughed out of court I will be quite amused anyway. How long would it take the Ky state representatives and state Senate to designate a higher authority... and agree on it...
The Wests would be long past their life's span by the time that happened, just by my observations of similar lawmaking bodies in the number of states I have lived in. Dad was USAF. I've been around a few. Most state houses take 3 years to decide where a port a John would be placed if a men's room needed repair.

I mean, what do they want? The public to decide?
