Mike Smith just said (on the BC stream) that he's gonna warm up Abel Tasman in such a manner to key her up and hopefully get her in the race early.

Am I just getting old and that’s why I don’t know who the eff Carson Kressley is???
I do not know who half of these "celebrities" they bring every year are and I'm 19, so it's not that you're old.

Loved that Juddmonte colt, but couldn't pull the trigger on a single in first race of P4, so defaulted to a spread race. Kinda thin now, going 2x1x4. That's the price you pay, I guess. No regrets. Able Tasman or Wow Cat next. Let's do this.
Good call, and good luck! Who do you have in the Classic?
Catholic Boy, the two Bafferts as As and Gunnavera as a B. Singled Enable.

Distaff- I see Verve's Tale hitting the board. Monomoy Girl or Wow Cat.. I dunno. Blue Prize could surprise again.

Classic- I have a couple personal favorites/sentimentals.
I really want Accelerate to win this.

All of these people who have paid $4,000 to hang out in a “mansion”, I’d rather pay for general admission and maybe see the horses in real time. Thank you.

Also, a DRF report said that Oscar Performance “stood flat footed, and broke last” and then “was buried in the inside of the track”.

I see that Calvin Borel is riding a mare in the Distaff...on the rail.

Really interested to see what those will-pays will be once we get there, Catholic Boy at 3-1 with West Coast at 8-1 has me reeling right now. Best of luck!

I'm already out on the big horizontals because I picked One Master over Expert Eye (whoops), but using Abel Tasman for a bit going forward here. I still think there's a chance this race goes to a huge longshot, but never could figure out who.

Hmm...Verve’s Tale.

Britney was interviewing that Dodgers pitcher and asked him for his pick in the Classic. He said Accelerate...and that he trusted Baffert. Kinda cringeworthy that he didn't know his pick is trained by SADLER.
Poor John...can't get no respect.

I took the position of playing the older fillies to beat the 3yos. Could see a chaotic speed duel early throwing everything up in the air, though. Not 'seeing' Verve's Tale, despite that. Maybe LaForce at a price.

Y’all remember when Abel Tasman’s people got mad that there was a silks switch up in the jock’s room so they changed trainers? Wild times.

Poor Abel Tasman I hope she's ok.

Well I was wrong about Monomoy Girl, though Wonder Gadot carried them a ways. Of course I bet Blue Prize who also.failed .
What happened to Abel?

You could have crossed Abel off 10 yards out of the gate. Despite the fact she was 'working' so strongly, I ignored the advice I heard that 'they kept saying the same thing about Arrogate when he was over the top'. Might have been Mike Beer, don't remember, but I was against MG anyway.

I wonder if Abel has hit that stage in a filly's life where they've had enough of racing. When you think about it, racing's not that much fun for a horse if they aren't eager to compete.
Off to the shed for AT?

That was a bit of an easier trip than I expected from that post, but Monomoy Girl is wonderful.

Abel Tasman... man, guess she wasn't sick after all.

You mean the same silks that also won the Triple Crown this year
I hope Abel Tasman is okay, but I don't mind not seeing China Horse Club in the winner's circle.

She just started backing up badly well before they even had turned for home.
