TVG's Britney Eurton is a great addition to the NBC team.

"Miles have taken their toll" Oh come on, Arrogate's had all of four starts this year and 10 in his career. This isn't a tired old racehorse. And if he is there's something wrong with him or the way he's been trained.
He ran his first race last spring, shipped across country three times and then to Dubai, running four of the fastest races in recent memory and culminating in what had to be a brutally draining race. I suspect it's more that he's had an issue they are trying to skirt around, but he had plenty of reason to be wiped out after the DWC.

But that being said, my confidence is way down. I just hope he gets a clear run of them. A repeat of last year's trip should do it if he's good enough. I think Collected is the best value on the board right now.

Small win/place wager on War Decree just because it's that kind of day. War Front out of a Street Cry mare. 1-1 at the distance on synth. What the heck.

fuckit, I threw 2.40 on Collected.
If nothing else I'll have 5$ left in my betting account for the next time I feel like wagering

I'm just astonished that West Coast is that low. He has a pretty decent chance to get the best trip in the race... but he'll certainly need it.

War Decree no fan of ponies, he's like 10 feet away from the outrider.

100% forgot Baffert trains Mub now. Curious to see how he does here.

Waaaaay too many empty seats on that grandstand and apron. Apparently it was practically a ghost town on Friday, slowly filling up today but nowhere close to Churchill or Keeneland.

I'm afraid to be hopeful, but Arrogate does look good in the post parade. Nice energy.
Churchill gets the Pretty Pony award, West Coast looks great.

West Coast is a lovely colt.

Arrogate seems to have good energy. Gun Runner looks exactly like he always does.

Anyone else go “omg really? That long ago??” when they mentioned Curlin won the Classic 10 years ago? Ugh

If I have to watch that guy creepily stroke that horse one more time, I'm going to freak out.

Which horse? Are you talking jock or pony horse rider? Sometimes the pony riders keep stroking a nervous horse to comfort/distract them.
