G1 winning 4yo colt Mr Melody(USA)(Scat Daddy), 4th in the Sprinters Stakes, will be headed to either BC Sprint or BC Turf Sprint.

Apparently he prefers left-handed courses.

No US trip for Mr Melody.
His connections changed their mind. :(

Chrono Genesis(JPN), 2016F. Bago(FR) x Chronologist(JPN) by Kurofune(USA), registered her first G1 victory in the Shuka Sho 2000m turf at Kyoto on Oct 13th 2019.
Before winning this final leg of the Triple Crown races for fillies, the Bago filly, 1/2 to G1 winner Normcore(JPN)(Harbinger), was third in both first two legs.
Bred by Katsuumi Yoshida's Northern Farm, her victory here should give a boost to her sire who stands at JBBA.

Chronologist has certainly turned out to be a terrific broodmare. I wonder if her daughter by War Emblem will also be productive in the shed.

War Chronicle gave birth to a Kizuna colt this year.

In the meantime, Scarlet Color(JPN), 2015F. Victoire Pisa(JPN) x Ventus(JPN) by War Emblem(USA), won the G2 Irland Trophy Fuchu Himba Stakes 1800m turf with her superb turn of hoot on Oct 14th 2019.

There are only two Victoire Pisa offspring out of War Emblem mares, both of whom are G2 winners!

Thanks for the updates, tachyon. It's nice to see that several War Emblem mares are turning into nice producers. 8-)

Japanese fans must be very proud of Deirdre(JPN) who completed her European campaign this year with a game 3rd in the Champion Stakes on the soft going she might not have liked. 8-)

Deirdre was wonderful this year... any news of whether she will remain in Europe or return to Japan for a rest/retirement? 8-)

She might fly to Hong Kong next to contest the G1 Hong Kong Cup and remain in training next year.
Her travel itinerary this year has been exciting.

Japan --> Dubai --> Hong Kong --> (Japan) --> UK --> Ireland --> UK --> (Japan) --> Hong Kong --> (Japan)

They don't sell to foreign countries via the website?

She looks good in the paddock... *fingers x*

So does Suave Richard... Al Ain big-striding as usual and Wagnerian is very full of himself. Mostly I just want them all home safe.

Also torn, I want Aerolithe to do well too... and then there's Danon Premium and Saturnalia. *flaily hands*

It's probably just me but it's a bit poignant to see three horses carrying Deep Impact's colors (Kaneko Makoto Holdings Ltd), and six of the field are sired by him.
