Isn't her dam carrying a full to her? IIRC, Mandy Pope spent the equivalent of a small country's GNP to buy Unbridled Belle last year....and that foal just gained more value than an untapped oil field. :P

Potentially a great horse. A PA Bred too.

That foal likely has no value as she will never sell the foal. I am always skeptical of this. How many full brothers or sisters pan out to be great.

Such a serious response.
You're probably right, but my :P  emoji's should have hinted that was a slightly tongue-in-cheek post.

Her big head and long body and stride really remind me more of the UBS line of her dam than Tapit...

Did anyone see the post parade? I missed this today but Unrivaled Belle was a personal favorite - am curious as to her demeanor, when 'mom' was calm she usually took 2nd, if she was a bit nutty she always won - just wondering how the cross with Tapit came out between the ears :)

I guess, but I'm not really sure how it could be tongue in cheek. There's really no other way to take it when reasoning why it was brought up.

No doubt. Didn't Unrivaled Belle flip over causing an injury that she had to retire from?

Yes, she flipped and broke her withers.

Yes, she flipped --I think at Churchill-- in the paddock and broke her withers.

She was unsettled in the paddock, and Mike Smith said in interview she's a nervous filly but better when she gets out on the track.

She just fired another bullet, and I think one of the fillies she beat came back to win today or yesterday at Santa Anita (the name escapes me).

I love this big gray filly- looks a lot like dam and UBS. Her big head and white forehead reminds me of Arrogate. What a year for the fabulous grays.

She looks like a mare, not a sophomore filly. Big, strong, fast. She is gorgeous!
