It's a smallish field so I don't expect the post to be a hindrance. I'm interested to see if Johnny V. will employ some race riding with Rachel's Valentina to keep Songbird wide. into the first turn. I'm actually pretty intrigued by Land Over Sea to fill out the Trifecta. I thought she ran a sneaky good race in the Chandelier and will benefit from a better scenario.

Where is the gate placed on Keeneland for a race at this distance?
Not a wholesome trottin' race, no, but a race where they sit down right on the horse!

This race is like a gift from the BC betting gods. Songbird has an enormous pace and talent advantage and should walk here, but the pedigree on the Rachel filly will draw some money away from her. Tons of opportunities in the multi-race wagers if you can figure out the Turf Sprint somehow.

I hope Rachel's girl takes this and runs away with it! And if not, I want her and Songbird to make a stretch duel out of it and finish in a nail biting photo!

Songbird looms large on the outside. I think she is just better than the rest of them.
I also think Tap To It had a good race last time even when she missed the break, swung wide, and ran crazy in the stretch to lose by a length to Valentina. No runnin crazy here or she is cooked.

Tap To It is a very nice filly, but I didn't love her last. I thought she got a decent pace to run at and a fine trip, but was never a threat to RV, even though she had every reason to be. I'm not sure I trust her to break well and I prefer others at the distance.

Tap To It and Nickname both have every right to improve and deserve a look. And the favorite is breaking from the 10 with a short run to the first turn.

Juvenile Fillies has produced a lot of surprises. Nothing is a sure thing in this race.

Artemis Agrotera is back the Filly and Mare Sprint by the way. This time you can get 20-1 on her.

Juv fillies has the highest % of winning favorites. I believe it is 53%
This is a two horse race imo Just don't see an upset here
No one has ever bet enough on a winning horse.

Rachel's Valentina is looking frisky in the paddock. Not freaking out but she's showing energy.

Loved her springy little short strided trot. She's such a gorgeous girl.

Love them both but my heart beats for Rachel's girl. Hoping to see a great race.

That's a champion. She just cruised around that track.
And, if anyone was scared about outside posts... 10,9,8,7 first 4 finishers.
