Not shocked to read that. No matter that the horse wanted to take off...Ramsey is not forgiving of jocks who don't ride his horses the way he thinks that they should be ridden.

So Ramsey's gonna bitch and moan about one of the best jockeys in the country, doing something with the horse, the horse has CLEARLY done before? Sure, he went a little fast.. But you can't win them all Ken. What an ass.

Yep, this is his not so attractive side. He's STILL complaining about the ride, BTW.

Maybe he should hop on their backs then? There's a reason Castellano is one of the best jocks out there, and Ramsey isn't. It's not because Ramsey is too fat either.

Doesn't surprise me at all. I remember Ramsey saying all the Kitten's Joy's race the same and if a jockey can't ride them the way he wants, they wont get to ride the horse.

I find it hard to believe that EVERY Kitten's Joy races the same. The horse grabbed the bit and ran off, did Ramsey want the jockey to jerk back on him and fight him every step of the way? The horse would have finished off the board.

Would be awesome if Hymn Book would win this. Played Verrazano/Hymn Book.

I wonder if BK bled. That was a nice effort, regardless. Super impressed by both euros as well. Bright future ahead for all three of them for sure.

@JayFrederick2: Apparently Ken Ramsey laid into Castellano for his ride on Bobby's Kitten.Suffice to say Mr Ramsey isn't as gracious losing as he is winning

Holy crap! Goldencents to the rest of the field "Sorry guys, this is MY race today!" lol
With the angle of the camera on the first turn, I thought to myself "Hmm...he looks determined." Ah yes!

That was a terrific start for Goldencents, it allowed him to come across, get the lead and just run away with the race!

Centralintelligence walking to the ambulance. Sad but at least he is walking, I thought a jockey stood coming into the stretch but couldn't tell who it was.

Does this make the Distaff a cavalry charge from the start?

Last time I saw this horse race, he was pulled up, too. The Malibu in '11.

I saw the jockey stand, too and thought it was him. The way he checked or whatever it was on the backstretch looked pretty ugly, but he kept running.

Hope he will be okay. Rotten luck. He had a decent position until that happened.
