I've been playing rather regularly, usually $4 or slightly more.

My Thursday May 29 plays w/ ml odds, winner and prices:
1). 1 5-1, 3 8-1 ; 1 $11.20
2). 2 7-2, 5 5-1 ; 1A $7.70 (also 2 due scratch)
3). 5 9-5 ; 5 $5.50
4). 1 6-1, 4 5-1, 6 8-1 ; 7 $4.50 (also 4 due scratch)
5). 2 8-5 ; 2 $3.50

5 correct $1200.00/ 0.50 $300.00. I was surprised at the nice payoff considering the prices.

So my $6 play gave me a $300.00 payoff. And that's with 2 lucky winners via scratches!

Anyway, consider the P5. The pool is usually $150,000+ which is more than P6 pools without multiple carryovers and even a small investment may get you a nice payoff.

Best and happy Belmont week!

My plays for today.

1). 3, 4 I see that 4 has been scratched, so I'll probably get 6. That's OK
2). 5, 1
3). 8, 2
4). 4, 6
5). 8, 9

A rare $16.00 play

That's my favorite NYRA bet. I made over $4K last week on the P5.
