Re: Derby Day Watch-along

I said earlier that I hoped Magnum Moon came in last. OK - I'll settle for next to last, but wasn't it Magnum Moon who slammed Mendelssohn? He should be relegated to last. :x why do you hate MM so much? what's wrong with him? It's not the horse - although he's not that good. It's the owners - the L...

Re: Derby Day Watch-along

Mendelssohn got body-slammed when the 15 turned left into him, and then the horse ran into him again just when it looked like Mend' might recover. I wouldn't be surprised if he's really body-sore tomorrow. If he were a human athlete, he'd be headed for an ice tub right about now. :( Yeah, the 14 po...

Re: Derby Day Watch-along

So onto to Preakness now? Who else goes? Who waits for the Belmont? It'll be a TC because this is the first year since 2012 I'm not going to the Belmont. Oh well, I saw 2015 in person. I guess I can do it on my couch. I am attending a wedding on Belmont day and I am sitting at 2 for 2 for TC attemp...

YES. Okay, it actually has nothing to do with the shoes, it's just that Pletcher is a lizard person who prefers this weather. Spread the word!

Unless you're in Canada (unless they've changed this), you could use xpressbet.

Re: 2018 Kentucky Derby News & Notes

I know this is a bit off-topic but, has anyone seen Harley today in Keeneland's post parades? That photo of him with the rearing two-year-old on the previous page was taken yesterday, and I wonder if he ended up needing time off from work today. I miss seeing that big ol' handsome 'pony.' ;) Wow! L...

I'd forgotten that this thread was a thing but I took this of Pharoah back during the open houses.

I've listened to this so many times and I still don't know this guy's name.

Re: Your favorite horse ever. 1 horse.

I've thought way too much about this.

Goldikova is literally the entire reason I've ever been to Paris, but I'm going to have to go with Coach Jimi Lee, a local sprinter who earned about a million bucks for himself. I also got to meet him after he retired, which was awesome.

Xpressbet.
Thanks. Not opening another account just for one race though.
Yeah but when you have the account then you can watch practically any race you've ever wanted to. ;)
