Re: Eclipse Award Finalists

Does anyone know if the award show will be streaming on the net? thanks in advance. I know it is on HRTV.com but I gave up my subscription to that site.

Re: St Nicholas Abbey

I burst into tears when I saw the headline on BH. I'm still weepy. I had hoped he would make it through his injuries and the last report was so positive. Such a huge loss. He was so brave and fantastic. Thank you to his connections for trying and hugs to anyone that feels this loss. Ouch...this yea...

Re: Haskin Top 10 Racing Movies

Dreamer was a joke and Secretariat stunk. I thought Seabiscuit ( Hillenbrand version) was pretty good actually though not as good as her book. My fav horse racing movie is Let It Ride. I never get tired of seeing it again

Re: Breeder's Cup Friday

Maybe, somewhere in the background, those regal ears of Royal Delta's are honing in on the teeny tiny whinny of a wee baby.....and that keen nose of her's wants to nuzzle the soft scent of a foal. I think she has said to hell with this racetrack business, I'm ready for the next chapter and I do bel...

I am very happy they are looking out for the horse. I will pray he stays healthy cause I think he is surely one to watch as a three year old

Re: Welcome Back

When I tried getting on to this site and could not for a long period of time I just knew somebody had hacked into this site. I feel awful for all that was lost and thank you so much for working so hard to bring this wonderful site back for us.

Re: Mentor Cane

I first became aware of this gorgeous horse when he ran in the King's Bishop: He stood out because of how beautiful he was and he ran a really good race. His name is also unusual. When I read he broke down and was euthanized I felt heartbroken. So much potential. I feel so very sad. RIP. Condolences...
