Why would it move?
It's not like this game comes with any guarantees.

Santa Anita will be every bit as safe as possible and equal to or better than any alternative venue.

I know better than to ask for colored saddle cloths, but.. How about some chicklets? And while we 'mericans are at it, how about some fractional times displayed during the race,?
