Any news on Dieu du Vin? Was hoping to see him in the Hyacinth, then he didn't run. Wondering if there's a new plan for him.

Re: Stallion News

I remember him, he was a really attractive horse. He was a full brother to G1SW Tappiano. The only foal of his I can think of is Galloping Grocer who ran in the 2005 Preakness. Glad you remember A.P. Jet and Galloping Grocer. I was cheering for the NY-bred Galloping Grocer. He ran into the likes of...

Re: Stallion News

I googled it - AP Jet. He won a grade 3 in Japan and ultimately became a sire in NY. ...and then infamously fought his stablemate, Gold Token (who died after running into a tree during the fracas). Yes. A.P Jet(USA), lovely horse, became a leading sire in NY. And I do remember someone set up a thre...

Re: Racing in Japan

If I'm reading this correctly, it looks like 7 year old Miraieno Tsubasa (Dream Journey x Tamuro Bright, by Silver Charm) won the G3 Diamond Stakes at odds of 332-1. Yes! :D And, to be more accurate, he won the race at odds of 325.5 (which translates into 324.5 to 1 in North-American formula) , bec...

I remember being scared that Tsurumaki would send him to stud in Japan, but it turns out that he wasn’t interested in breeding. We came clos...
