Re: Havana returns at Belmont

I watched this race on television. At the end of the race, Havana lowered his head as if exhausted.....

I know it was only a prep for Havana but he did not impress me.

NBA Playoffs

There are too many games and the season is too long but I'm gonna enjoy watching my Miami HEAT eliminate the tired old Brooklyn NETS.

GO HEAT !

I'd be shocked if California Chrome gets a good trip and doesn't get injured, and loses.

Belmont Park

My suggestions for making Belmont Park more visually appealing to the masses ( non racing fans ). 1. A small lighthouse ( about 10 ft high ) near the finish line or near the winners circle. 2. A small suspension bridge ( resembling the Brooklyn Bridge ) over the infield pond. 3. An area on a wall wi...

Re: Steven Crist in critical condition

I've heard about him for many years. Last year, I met him for the first time and briefly chatted with him at a book signing. He seemed like a really terrific person. I loved reading his book, Betting On Myself. It is really upsetting to me to read about his health challenges. My best wishes to Steve...

Re: Wood Memorial (Grade 1) - 04/05/14

From my view the post position was the deciding factor. What I mean is that if Social Inclusion had broken from post 2 and Wicked Strong had broken from post 11 ( 10) ), Social Inclusion would have won.... I believe Social Inclusion was easily the best horse but that far outside post cost him.... ;)

I wonder if the race horses showed signs of being nervous shortly before the quake struck?

Re: Three dead after shooting at Maryland mall

I read a rumor that it was a domestic dispute where one man killed his ex and her lover and then himself..... Whatever it was, this was a tragedy that didn't have to happen....

Re: Cairo Prince or Top Billing?

Cairo Prince is a top racehorse. And can u imagine how dominating his races will be when he doesn't have to carry more weight than the other horses and gets to save a little ground on the turns?

Wow!

Top Billing is okay but....
