Re: Saturday Gulfstream Watchalong

I've never been a big fan of the "well a longshot finished second so that means the field wasn't good quality" logic because the odds aren't always right, as bettors are human and tend to overlook things. Maybe that horse should not have been a longshot. Maybe that horse just had their best day so ...

Re: Who Can't You Delete Out of Your Virtual Stable?

Mostly I keep geldings that have gone down the claiming ranks to keep track of them. For example, Casse had Matador a few years ago, he’s now running realllllllllly cheap.
Once they are retired (or sadly, dead), or if they have been gone for 3+ years, I figure it’s time to remove them.

Great return for Vekoma! Though the way he runs is just so odd.
Totally love Vekoma!!! He’s odd for sure, but talented. Nice comeback!

Re: Foals of 2020

While I love chestnuts and chestnuts with blazes, Justify seems to be passing on wide, sloppy blazes that I really don't like. They're cute on foals, though. I find it funny you are saying that because just below that Justify foal, there are California Chrome, Roaring Lion, Kitten’s Joy and Golden ...

Tiz the Law is a beast, but I’m rooting for Independence Hall. I like my horses spicy! Trying to see an upside: Since these guys won’t be racing 10 furlongs in May, they might actually benefit physically and mentally. The race being in September allows them to grow, mature, become stronger by the ti...

He’s not that ugly!!! He has a great female family.
I like him a lot and think he’s very useful. He gets precocious runners and older horses, and he has produced some real standouts.

Ce Ce (Elusive Quality - Miss Houdini, by Belong To Me) won the G1 Beholder Mile today. She is a 1/2 sister to MG2SW Papa Clem. Miss Houdini is a G1SW and her dam Magical Maiden was a MG1SW.
I’m a fan of this beautiful mare! Love the breeding.

Re: FBI raid at Calder

Maybe it's all the reading I've been doing about coronavirus making me paranoid, but I'd bet money that Maximum Security has some type of juice too. No way a horse that unsound who started in a claiming race isnt getting help. Yay for tax dollars well spent! Crazy how much Mott was vilified for his...

Re: Jason Servos, Navarro, 27 others investigated

This sport is a travesty. An embarrassment. Having a hard time self-governing, can’t protect the horses from this BS.
I hope all guilty parties are removed from the sport. Enough is enough!

Re: Who is this?

It’s not Tabasco Cat - he had socks.

It’s not Thunder Gulch - his diamond was bigger (longer) and he had a white mark below.

Maybe it’s Sauce Boat?

@ Northview Stallions First foal for Northview is a blazey filly by the late Jump Start . The filly, from her sire's last crop, if out of Bioterp (Lion Hearted). https://scontent-dfw5-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/82567341_2655934954500244_537644800682229760_n.jpg?_nc_cat=106&_nc_oc=AQmFMqST6gq_iOG9Egevk...

I like Independence Hall a lot! I love the pedigree, the way he moves, and he’s very athletic.
