Re: De Coronado in Libya?

he was not at that farm. Flanders already told you the farm released the names of the stallions they lost and De Coronado was not one of them.

hopefully someone knows where he is, but that farm wasn't it.

am i really that bad at explaining my thought process?? You were crystal clear. Your own words, "i wasn't attacking Chrome fans, specifically. i was attacking the crazy horse fans in general..." What do ANY fans have to do with those horrible incidents? The fact that you linked what, in your opinio...

i'm not sure why i bother posting here since no one ever gets anything i'm trying to say. i wasn't attacking Chrome fans, specifically. i was attacking the crazy horse fans in general that think any horse going over seas is going to be slaughtered. he was just the most recent, so his name was what i...

partly because of... THOSE racing "fans"... the "they're going to turn Chrome into a burger!" ones... i wonder how much strain these 2 attacks will put on selling/loaning/shuttling overseas. it was brought up after the first, but this is 2 in quick succession.

"They shot two horses (who) were wounded in the legs … no one could provide the ambulance to help the horse with euthanasia," he said.
i'd be surprised if any of the 12 horses are still alive, but i hope, somehow, they are, and can be rescued.

i'm glad the US is finally aware that Aus is on fire, but i was having anxiety attacks over it back in Nov, and was in the ER over it in Dec. better late than never, i guess, except now it's all over my news feed and i can't get away from it. right as my anxiety was starting to clear up.

reminds me of zenyatta's Tapit. chestnut, but with some faint grey.

Re: Favorite Photos of Race Horses

was it a tattoo? it looked like the horse was shaved into the hair as opposed to tattoo (which would make it pretty good considering), but i'm so vision impaired i was told not to bother w the driving test so it's possible i'm wrong.

is 2019 trying to meet some secret quota? this is the exact opposite of what we want, especially during a time that's supposed to be happy.

i hope the fond memories will help the connections still enjoy their holidays.

Horsebagger - i know you're a breeder, so i have a (serious, no sarcasm) question.

if Freud's stats are so similar to the other stallions listed that command so much more money, why isn't he commanding the same? what makes him less desirable?

i'm not a breeder, but i do want to learn!

After his racing career was over, Dr Pleasure was gelded and given to Donna Ward.
that actually made me very happy to read, and i'd be willing to bet he's still there :)
thank you so much!
