Ran a hole in the wind in debut November 6 ,2016 Baffert trained.One race hasnt been on work tab since.

According to Equibase, Beach Bum returned to the worktab this month. He has worked three times so far, and once from the starting gate.

Oddly enough (or maybe not), Baffert also trained a "Beach Bum" of a slightly earlier vintage, who had a brief but promising career. :(
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

I'm glad someone else remembered that. I'd thought it odd when I heard about the current one that Baffert had trained another by the same name, not so long ago...

which model was not so long ago? there's this one, and there's a '97 model, which was twenty years ago. 4 races, dunno what happened to him. is there another one i missed? there seems to be a sad air regarding him so i think there's a lot going on i missed =\

ty in advance for any info to clear this up for me.

1997 seems like "recent" to me these days! Hey, he was racing LESS than 20 years ago! :oops:
