I actually prefer new shooter Telekinesis in here. I thought his maiden win was sharp and he didn't lose any luster in my eyes by finishing third to older horses in his last. And if the track comes up wet I think, with his pedigree (Ghostzapper over Street Cry), he should handle it just fine.

Assuming it'll be an off track, hard to go against MyBoyJack in here, but anything less than the morning line of 5/2 is good enough reason to look elsewhere for wagering purposes. Turning for home Kent will put his brothers charge into full gear and there just might be one other horse closing with him stride for stride. Zanesville with Graham up for Tom Amoss at a generous 20/1, he's got some proven off-track form to spice up your exotic wagers as he broke his maiden in the rain on a sloppy sealed track, good luck to all.

My Boy Jack should get some pace to run at here, but I'm most interested in Honor Up. Very unusual for Mott to throw a horse into a graded stakes off a layoff/maiden win, and he finished close behind Audible twice last year.

Nice win by My Boy Jack, who just nipped Telekinesis at the wire. Not sure it was impressive enough for me to put him my Top Ten.
I had to laugh at Honor Up, who was trying to 'argue' with his pony horse during the post parade. Good luck with that, since his pony was Harley. It would be like me trying to shove around an NFL lineman.

My Boy Jack seems like the type who will get up for a piece in the Derby, maybe 3rd or 4th, although this is looking like a tough field this year.

Is it bad I'm relieved Greyvitos didn't get enough points to go run for the roses?
