HIP #410 Chestnut Colt by Bowman's Band out of Pam'ssummerwind broke down at the Fasig-Tipton under tack show at Timonium and was euthanized. Rider was unharmed. He was a 1/2 to Miss Charm City and Jim's Prospect both stakes winners. Worked an 1/8th in 10:1. :(

I hate those under tack speed fests that two-year-olds are made to do. :evil:

Also, RIP Fast Munny, who suffered a fatal heart attack in the stretch of the 6th race yesterday at Santa Anita, per my email newsletter from LA Times reporter John Cherwa.
