They posted just a bit ago that he is doing better today and they're hopeful.

Not thru official Our Mims channels- but someone posted that Elmhurst is being transported to Park Equine in Paris. I really hope that it's not true - and if it is- can be helped.

*Confirmed on their page*

Latest from Our Mims
"Tuesday night update: Elmhurst is receiving the best of care. We have confidence in our veterinary team. There are a variety of possible reasons to what is going on.
Unfortunately, this is not a clear-cut case. Yes, he has pneumonia but there is no fever. There are no pockets of fluid that can be drawn and looked at under the microscope. There are no cultures or tests that have not already been done short of putting him through surgery and/or painful and invasive procedures he may not survive.
In truth, it looks like cancer.
Our goal is his comfort and quality of life.
We will do whatever it takes to ensure his comfort.
We have consulted with his extraordinary veterinarian team and have decided to try to ease any distress he may feel through medication.
Once he has stabilized, he will be treated at home with his Ladies and humans in constant attendance.
We stand by our commitment to quality of life."
