It's impressive putting together a lasting dynasty in any sport. I can't ever deny the Pats success. Domination is only fun to watch for so long though. Somehow it always ends up a little stale.

It's been such a blah NFL year period. GB-Dallas was a classic, stellar game but the rest felt underwhelming. I hope the Pats/Falcons make a game of it.

Wins over Houston and Pittsburgh at home don't impress me. NFC has had the stronger conference all year, IMO.

Atlanta by double-digits if they avoid turnovers.

hoping the falcons win - by double-digits would be great - but I would take a one point win - just as long as they get the job done - last time I had any warm feelings towards the patriots, jim plunkett was their QB.

Not if you were born and raised in NE. ;) I rooted for the Pats for 30 years before they won their first Bowl. This will never, ever get stale for me. :D

Roger Goodell: Wouldn't be awkward handing trophy to Tom Brady

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said Wednesday that he wouldn't be uncomfortable handing the Lombardi Trophy to quarterback Tom Brady if the New England Patriots win Super Bowl LI on Feb. 5.

If they play the way they did against Green Bay then a double digit win is indeed a possibility. ;)

I'm originally from Atlanta so I'm happy about my hometown team this season.

GO FALCONS!

I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

Where'd Matt Ryan's famous nickname come from? Hmm...

Matt Ryan has been known as "Matty Ice" for so long that tracing the exact origin of his now-famous nickname is like trying to play a futile game of Memory.

Those who know the Atlanta Falcons quarterback best say the nickname took hold in 2000, during his sophomore season at Penn Charter School in Philadelphia.

Will Horse Owner Tamme Be Having Super Dreams?
When the teams come out on the field for Sunday’s Super Bowl, on the sidelines supporting his team will be Jacob Tamme, the Atlanta Falcons’ starting tight end for the past two seasons who has been sidelined since Week 8 with a shoulder injury that required surgery.

Tamme has been to the Super Bowl twice before, with the Indianapolis Colts, who lost to the New Orleans Saints, and the Denver Broncos, who lost to the Seattle Seahawks. Both times, his quarterback was the great Peyton Manning.

He appears to have found a home in Atlanta, catching 81 passes and four touchdowns in a season and a half.

But Tamme is not your average NFL veteran. The native of Danville, Kentucky who was a star at the University of Kentucky, is a diehard racing fan and his passion in addition to football is owning Thoroughbreds in partnership and eventually building a broodmare band and breeding his own horses.

Heck yeah! I love this team and I'm feeling pretty good about Sunday. This is the best defense we've had since 2004 and I can't wait to see them go up against that offense.

Who saw this coming? ATL 21 vs. NE 3?
Even after Atlanta gifted NE with those three consecutive holding penalties, NE still couldn't get in the end zone.

Hotlanta baby. This is the second best scenario for 2017 SB could be. I'm loving it.

Matty Ice getting his dues. Yes.

Not a fan of the Patriots at all. Very happy to see the Falcons in control of the game.

EDIT: Uh-oh. Looks like I jinxed it.

I spent the first three quarters going "wtf is this, we never have a boring super bowl." No matter what happens, glad we eventually made a game of it!
