REAL QUIET and CIGARSHOP secured the early lead, followed at some distance by EL PRADO, DUSTY, and the rest of the field. Coming out of the first turn, EL PRADO surges to the front, with BLUNNY steadily gaining and overtaking REAL QUIET. CIGARSHOP is losing ground, clearly not liking the track. Coming out of the final turn, EL PRADO is still in front, with BLUNNY showing late speed and gaining, followed by REAL QUIET. TIGER DANCER rallies for fourth place. RUFFIAN, CIGARSHOP, STARK, DUSTY, and CATALINA in last place throughout, complete the field.
