Bradster is nicely balanced, although he's so filled out he looks like he's been standing at stud for years. :P

I wanted to put both pics in one post so everyone could see how absolutely awful no backgrounds are. The no background picture makes him look deformed. Yuck.

Double ^. And why would that "official" photo have him standing on such an upward incline? I know it's an illusion, but that makes his hindquarters seem smaller than they really are.
He looks really good in the photo with the background. Not so much in the outlined one. :?
Photoshop should ban horse farms from using its product. :P ;)

Maurice is a total stud. Bronwen Healy has a really stunning photo of him up on Facebook:

WOW WOW WOW WOW. I always think "stunning" can be overly applied to many things, especially online, but.

In this case, no other word applies more fittingly.

...yeah. WOW. :!: :!: :!:

Maybe because we were dissing all those outlined portraits, someone had to send out one with a background that's just as bad.
They shot a very dark horse against a dark background. I don't know about how it looks on your monitors, guys, but I'm having a hard time telling where his back ends and the background starts. So now he looks roach-backed, which I fairly sure Flintshire is not.
I am fairly sure Flintshire is very handsome horse, but I sure can't tell that from this photo.

Looks fine on my monitor. You can adjust the brightness on your monitor, "guys".

I'm having the same problem with him blending into the background. Monitor is almost new and at 100% brightness he's hard to define. :geek:

I've looked at it on 3 different monitors and it's not a flattering situation for Flintshire.

To me its the American flag that is barely visible, but over the background, that is causing the most problems. That is causing the already dark background to be even darker. On my brand new monitor it isn't as bad but on my 2nd monitor is looks like crap.
