Always fun to see Harley back enjoying his work!
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

Yes! That's the best thing about watching racing from Kentucky (aside from good races); I get to see handsome HARLEY and his big, black, white-spotted rump sashaying down the track. :D
Worst thing is listening to Schtupp bluster on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on......

When our daughter, Anna, was in High School we bought her an over-trained QH whose registered name is Only in My Hotrod. His barn name is Harley. He had been trained to do Western Pleasure and his hocks were a mess. I figured if she taught him to be ridden English-style she might get four years out of him as a 4-H horse. Anna and Harley did quite well, given that he had never been ridden English before we bought him. She’s a senior in college now. Harley is pretty much a pet who hangs with Anniversary Year and Border Run and occasionally gives rides to some young children in the family. He’s blissfully big as a house despite my implementing a bird-like diet. Must be something about the name.

Limousine Liberal was extremely unlucky today. Given his form and how much he likes Churchill I would bet him back in the Sprint in a heartbeat.

Aww, Mind Control was scratched from the Futurity with a temperature. He was my pick. Get well soon, my dude.

Mad because NBC's satellite connection decided to go out at soon as it was time for the horse races (at least for me).

Anytime you have a race called The Breeders Futurity G1 for two year olds and the favorite runs up the track and the winner pays $142.00 tells you we might be in for quite a show Nov 2, 3.
