What the Fuc&?!
Basic First Aid 101...you don't let a person involved in a serious fall move, let alone MAKE them get up and down a couple of times! You keep them still, stabilize their neck, and transport to a hospital ASAP.
Where did those EMTs get their licenses? Online from a Nigerian prince?

...or lack of any real safety protocol.
Racing still remains one of the only sports, professional or amateur, that does not have concussion protocols in place, which is something that is at the forefront of our concerns. We are continuing to work to get with regulators and racetracks to address this issue.”
Yet another reason for a governing body of some sort. IMHO.
