Like I said I play by rules and when I tell other what they are some make fun of me--- how many here had 1 and 6 all alone in first and second with each other.

Well you were far off from the half mile time and final time you predicted ;)
But perhaps if the half mile had been quicker, Gronk would've gotten up for the win!

Congrats Don! That was an excellent pick.

Pedigree friend had him good to almost 14F (best distance of any horse in the race) which is why I put the show bet on him.

You were wrong howerver, that I would wish I had played to win. I would have lost that wager, but actually put $17 on him to show (what was left in my wallet at MTP)

But I did believe in your pick enough to "shell out" on him a bit. I figured him for 3rd though. Enough for a nice dinner out.
