Is it supposed to rain tomorrow? I'm not sure who else besides Sporting Chance has won on an off track.

Sporting Chance won the Hopeful going 7F over a Saratoga track labeled good.
Seven Trumpets just got caught at the wire in the Aqueduct mud going a mile.
Kentucky Club won by 8 lengths over a sloppy Oaklawn strip against cheap maiden claimers going a mile.
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

I live near the track and it's been raining straight for 4 days. Tomrorrow will make 5. :) I just took my labrador out to romp and yes its lightly raining with dense fog.

A ton of speed signed on here, and most every horse is working good...... with that and the conditions, not the kind of race I usually put good money on.

Most of these OP jocks are used to riding in mud, so Van Dyke better bring his rain gear over from Southern Calif. :)

Simple enough to take Baffert at Oaklawn with a short price, but that's no fun.

Rather, with all the speed signed up making the front end a confusing way to the wire, let's go with a jockey who should be a tad smarter than some in here, Gary Stevens on the outside can see how the race develops in the early stages and if he's got any horse at all, 12/1 makes him attractive. Nobody seemed to like the horse he lost to last time out by a head, Risen Star winner Bravazo, but maybe he's better than people are giving him credit for? A couple of pounds off from his last and seven pounds less than the favorite plus adding Stevens could be a winning formula for#11 EZMOSH today.

Big gold rail at Oaklawn today played a major role in the result.

I thought Sporting Chance ran very well given it was his first start in almost six months, his first time going long and two turns, and his overall trip.

Congrats to My Boy Jack for that brave charge between the rail and another runner.
I was also pretty impressed with Combatant, who did well to keep second after having to run so wide. Another Scat Daddy possibly on the Derby trail? :D
