Oh wow YAY for Mozu Ascot!!! They were trying so hard to get him in, didn't he just run a week ago trying to get enough earnings to qualify?? And a great win over an impressive field!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

@Stark - I've never seen any claiming-type races in the results I've seen (but those were all for the major tracks) or mentioned in the Japan-racing twitter accounts I follow. Hopefully tachyon or uma will tell us for sure! 8-)

ETA after seeing the replay - what a ride by Christophe Lemaire! It looked like they'd be stuck several times and somehow he threaded the needle.

Go for the Summit(JPN)[C3 Heart's Cry(JPN) x Luxury(USA) by Storm Cat(USA)], G2 Aoba Sho winner & 7th in the Tokyo Yushun, will ship to the US to run in the Belmont Derby Invitational on July 7th. :D :D :D
