Nope. Standing for $70,000

Arrogate @ $75,000

I doubt they would stand him for more than his daddy who's at $80K.

I think they're a little low on both of them, great to see value there. Gun Runner and his dad are worthy of a 100k fee and I'm surprised they didn't.

Arrogate should at least be the same as Gun Runner is now if not slightly less. Great horse but I'm afraid the what have you done for me this summer and fall syndrome got to him.

I would guess that Arrogate's fee is higher because, as arguably the late Unbridled's Song's most talented son, he will have a unique appeal. 'Runner is quite talented, but his sire is still with us and still siring a bunch of babies, so GR isn't as 'rare.'

"Upon flying from California to Kentucky, Gun Runner spent three days at Three Chimneys, where he was on display for horsemen in town for the big breeding stock auctions. He vanned to New Orleans [Nov. 9] with his entire Breeders’ Cup entourage – chief assistant Scott Blasi, groom Idelberto “Gabino” Gutierrez, exercise rider Angel Garcia, hotwalker Juan Gonzalez and Red the pony. Gun Runner’s designated workmate, the stakes-placed Gettysburg, shipped down a day later.

“He travels like a rock star — the U.S. 7th fleet,” Fiske said. “He’s got a lot of guys who travel with him.”

Asmussen, who is currently with his Churchill Downs division, said Gun Runner has resumed training with “easy” gallops.

“We’ve got short of nine weeks for the Pegasus,” he said. “There won’t be much down time.”

Asmussen most likely will get Eclipse Horse of the Year award #4, and in the event you haven't grown tired of watching Gun Runner win the BCC and Steve's reaction thereto -

Gun Runner is such a good, honest horse. He will be a very deserving Horse of the Year, and I hope he wins the Pegasus.

Gun Runner, with jockey Florent Geroux on his back for the first time since the Breeders' Cup Classic winner's circle, worked five-eighths of a mile with Gettysburg Christmas Eve at the Fair Grounds Race Course in preparation for Gulfstream Park's Jan. 27 $16 million Pegasus World Cup. Audio is Geroux and assistant trainer Scott Blasi.

Curious if Gettysburg worked alongside the big horse?

Probably not. They would have said if he did. He worked with Gettysburg on 12/24. I posted the video.

ETA - He did run with Gettysburg and "sets track ablaze"
