He won? Yay.
And, yes, he's got my vote for the Three-Year-Old Male. While all the dirt colts have been taking turns beating each other, this Kitten's Joy colt has been winning and winning and winning.
I really hope NBCSN replays the Secretariat during their coverage of the Million.

Permian broke down past the wire in the Secretariat and was euthanized.

I love Oscar Performance, but he started his year with 2 or 3 straight losses, including an abysmal effort on Derby day. He's got it going now, though.

If I read his profile correctly, he started the year with two losses, both over soft ground. He's now won three straight, one G3 and two G1s. Not a star...yet...but he's very good.

He looks promising. But hard to really tell. Taj Mahal, who was a used as a pacemaker in his last start, was only a couple of lengths off him today, though he fairness he was getting 7lb from the winner. BTW, why were OP and Permian giving away weight to the rest of the field? Seems odd in a G1.

Have any other 3yr olds clocked in 3 straight with 2 G1s? Serious question, the dirt 3yr old boys have been a yawnfest so I haven't noticed.

Always Dreaming did, if you happened to be watching the Florida Derby and Kentucky Derby, which he won to follow up MSW and A/OC wins.

Do forgive me for forgetting the FL derby. I'm so sorry.
