Waiting for track condition on this one... Gun Runner is probably too good, but the 3 was entered as a rabbit for War Story and Tu Brutus also has speed, so we'll see. Pace and track might dictate this one. I'd look at War Story or Keen Ice since they'll get the likely pace setup. Otherwise, if Tu Brutus can bounce back he's got an upset chance as well. I also think Tu Brutus might adapt better to the cutback than Keen Ice, but just a guess.

I'll side with the sheet guy from Thorograph, as he said.....

BOTTOM LINE: Tu Brutus is the interesting horse here. In his three US efforts,
he’s displayed not only the requisite ability to be a serious contender, but also the
most functional asset an equine can possess—speed, which can be utilized to
optimize his ability. But these traits aren’t exclusive. Gun Runner possesses them
too. The play is Tu Brutus to Win, protect under Gun Gunner.
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

Just did my handicapping - and I am playing these two.

Andy Serling‏ @andyserling

Reminder, NBCSports covering the Test & Whitney from5 to 6,
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

Andy needs to check his TV schedule again. NBCSN isn't showing those races; regular network NBC is, 5-6 PM Eastern, 2-3 PM Pacific.

I made the same mistake per the email I got from the Breeders Cup people. It initially read NBCsports. Maybe he read the same one

I'm not important enough to be on the BC email list, so I have to actually look at my DirecTV schedule to find what channels are showing which races. :P

Pffft. I just played a few online contests and got on the mailing list. I don't think they're picky, no slight on Serling ... or myself. ;)

gun runner carries extra weight to victory as a horse shoe gets stuck in his tail.
Follow your heart. You need it. And where did it learn to scurry like that?
