Wow, I'm scrolling through the photos (as I always do for these posts <3) and I saw Best Approach. Thought you threw in a ringer for a second! Looks like a young warmblood in comparison to the others! :D

It's fine here in Tokyo today. :D
Turf condition is beautifully firm.
The winner today should cover 2400m in 2:23-25.
For me...

Rey de Oro
Admirable
Suave Richard
Danburite
Al Ain

Tokyo 8R Aoarashi Sho 2400m turf (middle-class allowance) was won impressively by a Stay Gold 4yo colt Look Twice(JPN).
Cablegram(JPN)(4C. Deep Impact x Ginger Punch) was second.
Win time was a very quick 2:23.8, the fastest time in 10 years for the event.
This is definitely a firm turf.

-- Tokyo Yushun review (JRA)

http://japanracing.jp/_news2017/pdf/170528.pdf
This marked trainer
Kazuo Fujisawa’s 26th JRA-G1 victory following last week’s Yushun Himba (Japanese Oaks) title with Soul
Stirring and his first classic title for colts. He is the fifth trainer—first in 13 years—to win both the Oaks and Derby
in the same year. For jockey Christophe Lemaire, this win marked an impressive three-week G1 winning streak,
which includes the Victoria Mile with Admire Lead and Yushun Himba with Soul Stirring. He is the second jockey
since Olivier Peslier in 2001 to do so. This was his first Derby win and 13th G1 victory. He is also the fifth
jockey—first in 42 years—to win both the Oaks and the Derby in the same year.
Kazuo Fujisawa reportedly said to Lemaire after the race; ''I thougfht Olivier Peslier was the best (French) jockey. But you are better than him.''

Christophe Lemaire will ride Epicharis in the Belmont Stakes.

Symboli Kris S(USA) is doing very well as a broodmare sire. :D
He is currently 3rd in the Broodmare Sire Rankings in Japan this year to date, following Sunday Silence(USA) and French Deputy(USA).

Derby 3rd Admirable's dam's sire is Symboli Kris S, too.

Rey de Oro(JPN) will make his first start since the Derby in the G2 Kobe Shimbun Hai 2400m turf for 3yos at Hanshin today.
He might not be 100% today off his Summer vacation and his main target is set for the Japan Cup later this year (he will bypass the Kikuka Sho for 3yos).
But I hope to see some solid performance from the son of King Kamehameha here before his clash with the older rivals like Kitasan Black(JPN)(Black Tide) & Satono Crown(JPN)(Marju) and the 3yo filly Soul Stirring(JPN)(Frankel) and so on.

I saw that conformation pic up a few days ago, he has certainly matured! He looks fabulous.

But I wonder if anyone will be able to handle Mr. Kitasan Black??? Recently back into training but omg he looks like beast mode!!
