California Flag gets a race named after him next weekend at Santa Anita. As you'd expect, it's a turf sprint down the hill :D

California Flag...I hope that handsome fellow has found a second career that he loves. He just seemed to have too much energy to be content with being merely a pasture pet.

Gotta love Ribo Bobo! He won the Maryland Million Sprint Handicap today for his 2nd stakes win of the year. Not bad for a gelding who was claimed for $8k in January. He's now 9 for 9 this year and has won those races by close to a combined 50 lengths.

A big shout-out to 10yo Tahoe Warrior, who laughed at the bettors and won the finale at Keeneland today, nearly wiring the field. He is 14-5-3-0 this year, and has over $430K in lifetime earnings. This was his 84th start.
