Ben's Cat

Ben's Cat

Postby Prairie Bayou » Fri Apr 04, 2014 8:47 pm

Well he goes for his 5th straight win tomorrow in the Mr. Diz Stakes at Pimlico. I watched him win it last year and the crowd was so pumped when he came back. I hope he gets #5. He's 8 years old now. This was taken last year as he went to the post. I was upstairs in the dining room and this year I hope to be down in the grandstand when he runs.

Go Ben's Cat! He is such a cool old horse and he's so consistent, regardless of whether he is running on turf or dirt. I hope he gets his fifth.

Will be rooting for Ben's Cat as well, today. He has pretty much owned the Mister Diz Stakes and I'm hoping for that to continue!
Awesome horse. Impressive record. 37 - 24-4-3, $1,862,640.

Go get 'em boy...

Ben's Cat earns fifth straight Mister Diz victory

Julian Pimentel kept Ben's Cat under a snug hold until a furlong from home, then signaled for him to go and spurted away to win the $74,250 Mister Diz, the first of three stakes races Saturday afternoon at Pimlico.
