Irish War Cry won the Wood Memorial (Gr.2) at Aqueduct yesterday. Personally I never got off his bandwagon so I was thrilled to see the result.

Copperplate shipped up to Woodbine and ran 3rd in the Jacques Cartier stakes on Saturday. He'll be headed back to KY later this week :)

My future horse, everyone. ;)
Not a wholesome trottin' race, no, but a race where they sit down right on the horse!
Like to see some stuck-up jockey boy sittin' on Dan Patch? Make your blood boil? Well, I should say!

Anyone know which trainer has or is getting the Curlin colt Moritz (Stonestreet)? Baffert?

Curlin's Approval (4yo filly o/o Withmom'sapproval) won the Gr.2 Princess Rooney on 7/1 at Gulfstream, earning herself a place in the starting gate of the Breeders Cup F&M Sprint.

Also recently heard that Connect had a minor injury and was retired, can anyone verify?
