Queen's Fate, 2YO daughter of Shukriya (by GR), won the 5th race at Keeneland, a 1 1/16 turf maiden. She is now 2-1-0-1, with earnings of $36,220.

One race prior, Miner's Cat, out of Grand's full sister Pure Symmetry, won a 7 furlong allowance on the main track. Her record is now 12-3-1-1, with earnings of $180,148. (It sure was nice seeing those green and yellow silks!)

Anyone who managed to hit the "Serena connection" daily double was rewarded with $63.60! :D

I just saw that Sassagoula Springs (ARG) was euthanized yesterday. She had developed laminitis, according to Turf Diario. I really thought she was going to be ok...
