Re: Siblings (and offspring) of well-known horses

This TDN Rising Star performance should be up on BH soon. Check this out (head-on view, if possible). Country House (Lookin at Lucky), whose dam is 1/2 to Breaking Lucky, ducked in at the break, spotted the field lengths, was last heading up the backstretch, began to make a move wide on the turn an...

Which they managed to pull off. And that was the straw that cost the Bucs coach his job. Wonder if they try to buy a certain coach back from Oakland. He still maintains a home here. That would be worth a giggle. Mostly from watching 2 brothers with pouts big enough to hold a slice of pie.😬😡 Dungy s...

Anyone watching the Golden Globes?

So far, I'm excited about Spiderman (Animated Feature) and Robb StarkimeanRIchardMadden (TV Drama Actor) winning.
We were so happy to see Madden win. We thought we were the only ones who watched "The Bodyguard."

The Blood-Horse did an interesting article last year on genetic aging: https://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing/articles/229717/genetic-aging-in-sires-and-dams “He begins by looking at the top 20 American racehorses from The 100 Greatest Racehorses of the 20th Century and observes only two had a dam...

Coliseum misses the break in the Sham and finishes last. Gunmetal Gray is the winner for Hollendorfer and Mike Smith. Not a good day for odds-on favorites in 3yo stakes races.

Glen Hill looks like they really like to support young new sires. Can't wait for Kingman's first crop to hit the track. Kingman's first crop are 2yos and he had a good debut. He had 5 SWs, including Calyx, who won a G2 at Royal Ascot before being injured. oh right, duh! I completely blanked. Totall...

He really does--some of them look like little starbursts. I'm glad he's not greying out as quickly as some other Tapits do.

He wasn't the best that Coolmore ever had, but more and more I am finding Camelot to be my favourite that Ballydoyle has turned out, besides St Nicholas Abbey. He's looking to be a decent sire as well. I was worried that Coolmore would make Camelot one of their National Hunt sires, but I don’t thin...

Little handsome is just shedding out in a few places, like his front knees and butt too. Yes...he's got large and small patches of darker color even in his mane. Is it possible for a foal born chestnut to shed out to bay or brown? His dam is chestnut so he has to be chestnut. Maybe a liver chestnut?
