VICTORIA KEITH, founder/owner, ThoroughbredChampions.com
Victoria grew up riding pleasure horses in her home state of North Carolina. Her love for horses led her to stop at Calder when she was in Florida in 1991 and a new love was born, this one a fascination with horse racing. She worked in her family’s residential and commercial real estate development business until deciding to pull up stakes and move to Lexington, Kentucky where she could work in horse racing. In addition to doing some website work for various racing entities, she worked in the offices at Denali Stud and Darley at Jonabell before moving to her current job with Fox Hill Farm.

MATT CONVERSE, contributor
Matt Converse, aspiring writer, San Francisco, California. Grew up in Ohio, attended college at the University of Alabama, and Kent State University. Moved to San Francisco in the 1980’s, where I’ve resided since. Started following horse racing at a very young age, in the 70’s era of Secretariat, Seattle Slew, Affirmed, Ruffian, and Forego. I love handicapping and am called a “Beyers Boy” by many for my use of Beyers speed figures in my handicapping. I am basically retired, but have been writing a book on handicapping for years. I still feel like I have more to learn before it is finished.
